Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Sourcer to support a high-volume recruiting team within the Power Delivery business unit, specifically aligned to the Power Testing & Energy (PTE) group. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and engaging talent for highly specialized, field-based engineering and technician roles across the U.S. This is a fast-paced environment supporting a team managing ~25 requisitions, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing within a competitive and talent-scarce market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dedicate ~6–7 hours daily to proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, InMail, and other platforms (e.g., Indeed)
• Identify and engage candidates within power delivery, substation testing, and high-voltage field services
• Partner closely with the hiring manager and TA team to understand niche technical requirements and refine search strategies
• Build candidate pipelines for geographically dispersed, travel-heavy field roles across the U.S. (PNW, Texas, and beyond)
• Perform candidate mapping and outreach in a highly competitive market where candidate responsiveness is limited
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support hiring needs across ~20 active postings

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
