Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Nuclear Consultant, to lead the design and delivery of enterprise asset management (EAM), Maximo implementations within nuclear and utility environments. This is a senior, client-facing, techno-functional role focused primarily on project delivery, where you will own end-to-end solution design, lead stakeholder workshops, and ensure alignment across IBM Maximo and integrated systems. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while guiding them through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), requiring strong communication and presentation skills alongside deep technical expertise. You will lead workshops, define future-state processes, architect solutions, and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices. While the role is primarily delivery-focused, you will also support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, client demos, and SOW development (10–20%). This position requires experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, or utilities, and the ability to balance functional understanding with technical solutioning. This is a full time position remote across the US with flexibility to travel approximate 50% of the year.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo
• Experience working on a nuclear plant
• Hands on experience with Maximo implementations (nuclear, utilities, energy)
• Strong techno-functional skillset (solution design, architecture, and business process alignment)
Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions
