Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced RTSM Project Manager (IRT) to support the design, configuration, and ongoing management of RTSM systems for global clinical trials. This individual will play a critical role in translating study protocols into system configurations and ensuring successful execution throughout the study lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end RTSM/IRT configuration and design for assigned clinical trials
• Translate clinical study protocols into functional system requirements and configurations
• Configure and manage:
○ Patient randomization logic
○ Treatment assignment (e.g., blinded, crossover, cohort-based)
○ Drug supply and resupply strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biostats, supply chain) to ensure accurate system setup
• Support study lifecycle activities, including:
○ Amendments (new cohorts, countries, dosing changes)
○ Ongoing maintenance and system updates
• Ensure alignment with GxP compliance and operational standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert for RTSM system capabilities and limitations

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4+ years of RTSM / IRT experience supporting clinical trials
- Scientific degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in configuring RTSM systems (not just using them)
- Strong understanding of:
○ Clinical trial design and execution
○ Randomization methodologies
○ Drug supply management within trials
- Background in clinical operations, clinical supply chain, or eClinical systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting global clinical trials across multiple regions
