Job Description
The Patient Interface V&V Technician supports complex laboratory projects and helps deliver them
on time while balancing competing priorities under general supervision. This role contributes to
medium-scale improvement initiatives within the laboratory, collaborates effectively with team
members and stakeholders, communicates technical information clearly, prepares basic technical
presentations and reports, and troubleshoots moderately complex technical issues to support project

▪ Exercises autonomy within established procedures, making informed
decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and drive results.
▪ Suggests and helps implement medium-scale improvement ideas within the
laboratory to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with
team members.
▪ Collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including
engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, while
communicating complex technical information clearly and managing
expectations.
▪ Prepares and delivers basic technical presentations and reports to
communicate research findings and data analysis to a variety of audiences.
▪ Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex technical problems,
applying advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, develop
solutions, and maintain project progress.
▪ Contributes to strategic planning and priority setting within their area of
expertise by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
and technical understanding.

Required Skills & Experience

▪ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research and development
(R&D) environment, engineering laboratory, or equivalent setting.
