Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Improvement Analyst to support a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Reading, PA. This individual will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analyzing raw data from both clinical and administrative areas of the business. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to formalize data processes, improve data integrity, and enable reporting for operational and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong Excel skills and comfort with manual data pulling, with the opportunity to build scalable reporting tools and dashboards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, etc.)
Experience manually extracting and cleaning raw data from multiple sources
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
Ability to organize and standardize data for reporting and process improvement
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Exposure to healthcare data (ASC, clinical operations, or revenue cycle)
Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
