Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment focused on over-the-counter drug products. This individual will join a fast-paced drug product testing team responsible for analytical testing of in-process, bulk, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab experience and be comfortable with sample and solution preparation, as well as interpreting USP methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate to gain experience in a GMP-regulated environment while working on impactful projects. The team is collaborative, driven, and values individuals who take initiative and can quickly adapt in a high-volume lab setting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience (strong academic lab experience accepted)
• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
• Experience with sample prep, solution prep, and standard preparation
• Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques
• Ability to read and interpret USP monographs
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-starter with initiative and willingness to learn

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in a GMP or regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with HPLC
• Exposure to Karl Fischer, TLC, UV, GC, IR
• Prior pharmaceutical industry experience
• Familiarity with USP / NF / EP standards
• Experience with instrument troubleshooting
• Exposure to stability or finished product testing
