Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst focused on Decision Intelligence to support data validation, enrichment, and business decision-making initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional reporting and dashboarding - focusing on interpreting data, validating sources, and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
The ideal candidate will work with multiple data providers, assess data quality and coverage, and help determine how data can be leveraged to support new product features and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Validate and assess data from multiple third-party and internal providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources
• Support the evaluation of new data for product features (e.g., enhancements to platforms)
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
• Partner with business and product teams to explain what data means and how it can be used strategically
• Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, enrichment, and utilization
• Focus on decision enablement rather than just reporting, providing recommendations based on data insights

○ 3-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
○ Expert level in SQL and/or data querying tools
○ Strong data validation and data quality assessment experience
○ Experience working with multiple data sources/providers
○ Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights and recommendations
Exposure to AI, semantic analysis, or advanced analytics concepts
