Job Description
A leading healthcare system in Philadelphia is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to support the supply chain organization focused on new product rollouts and operational updates. This individual will play a critical role in translating technical and operational information into clear, user-friendly communications that drive awareness, training, and adoption across a large end-user population (up to 3,000+ employees).

Key Responsibilities
• Attend project kickoffs and recurring meetings for new product introductions, operational updates, and process changes
• Partner with stakeholders to gather key inputs, ask clarifying questions, and ensure a full understanding of the communication objectives (candidates must be proactive—not just take notes)
• Capture and synthesize meeting discussions into concise, structured takeaways, including defined deliverables (e.g., “top 8 bullets” summarizing key initiatives)
• Convert technical or operational details (e.g., equipment usage, cleaning procedures, workflows) into polished, user-friendly communications
• Develop and distribute communications across multiple channels, including:
o Mass email campaigns (supporting distribution to 3,000+ users)
o SharePoint / intranet postings
o Product guides, training materials, and how-to documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, clinical teams, product teams) to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business goals
• Ensure communications are user-focused, clearly answering:
o Why the audience is receiving the communication
o What action is required
o What training or next steps are coming
• Maintain and update communication assets, including product brochures and cross-reference documentation

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience creating professional communications using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging content
• High attention to detail and ability to produce polished deliverables quickly
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders and distill it into digestible formats
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communications and deadlines simultaneously
