Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Consultant who will own profitable delivery of a regional installation project portfolio from sales support through construction closeout. This role balances sales partnership, construction execution, and financial accountability and serves as the delivery authority for scope, schedule, cost, safety and customer satisfaction. The position serves as a senior client-facing leader, managing subcontractors, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring safety, compliance, and execution excellence. Travel within the assigned geography is required to support customers, partners, and active project sites.
Their day to day responsibilities include:
Partner with Sales early to shape project scope, pricing, and risk strategy
Perform or review cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans
Own delivery of multiple active projects within the assigned geography
Assign and manage Construction Managers from the Area resource pool
Control scope changes and approve change orders before work starts
Monitor project financials including margin, cash flow, and billing
Lead subcontractor engagement and performance management
Conduct customer touchpoints throughout the project lifecycle
Enforce site safety, security procedures, and JCI work rules
Report project status, forecasts, and risks to the Director of Project Delivery
Participate in monthly Area financial and operations reviews

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience within Project Delivery within Installation or Construction industry
- 5+ years experience within a leadership or management position
- Experience in Design-Build, energy services, building systems, or infrastructure projects
- Experience with financial ownership of projects (P&L, executed margins, cash flow, billing, forecasting, margin recovery & risk mitigation)
- Experience with Sales & Pre-Construction support and scope definition
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects & project execution plans
- Experience with MS Project and Excel
