Job Description
This role will focus on designing and improving data-driven user experiences, primarily centered around dashboards and analytics tools used to track and interpret performance data. Day to day, this person will create user flows, wireframes, and designs that translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights. They will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and iterate on designs based on feedback. This individual will operate independently while partnering with the broader team to continuously improve usability, clarity, and effectiveness of data-focused experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong experience designing data-heavy experiences, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Solid understanding of data visualization and user interaction with complex datasets
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering
• Experience working independently in fast-paced Agile environments
• Strong UX fundamentals (user flows, interaction design, information architecture)
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/design work
