Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their team remotely. This individual will manage 3–4 concurrent enterprise IT projects across data, infrastructure, and application development. Day-to-day, they will drive delivery across Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid teams, lead standups and stakeholder updates, track budgets and timelines, and ensure scope alignment. They will proactively mitigate risks, enforce accountability, and communicate effectively across global teams in English and Spanish/Portuguese.

Required Skills & Experience
• Enterprise PM experience: 2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments
• Strong, assertive PM leadership: Proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed
• Deep Agile expertise: Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), with flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments
• Full lifecycle ownership: Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management: Confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM/PSM, or other Agile certifications
• Agile coaching/mentorship: Experience guiding teams, mentoring junior members, or acting as an Agile coach
• Tools & platforms: Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and collaboration tools like Miro/whiteboarding tools
• Technical breadth: Exposure to both cloud and on-prem IT initiatives
• Change management experience: Background in organizational change, adoption strategies, or transformation initiatives
