Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join one of our large retail clients dedicated escalation team where delivering exceptional experiences truly matters. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of resolving complex customer incidents, providing high-touch, white-glove service through phone and email interactions. You’ll navigate a fast-paced, high-impact environment, leveraging critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. On a weekly basis, you can expect to connect with approximately 150 customers and successfully resolve 60+ tickets using a dynamic ticketing platform making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured, systems-driven environments but also brings energy, empathy, and ownership to every interaction. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed KPIs while continuously developing your skills through ongoing training and feedback. Required Skills & Experience

· Entry-level professional with a strong desire to start and grow a career in customer service
· Previous customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, call center, or similar)
· Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
· Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining a positive customer experience
· Eagerness to learn new technology tools and navigate multiple systems
· Reliable, with the ability to stay engaged and productive throughout the workday

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience working in a structured or metrics-driven environment (KPIs, ticket volume, etc.)
· Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
