Job Description
We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help design, build, and mature an enterprise DevSecOps capability within a complex and evolving environment. This individual will play a hands-on role—building standardized CI/CD frameworks, embedding security into the development lifecycle, and coaching developers while actively contributing code and delivery work. This a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values customer feedback, and can drive adoption through strong change management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level engineering background with prior hands-on development experience
-Strong Python coding experience (Java background is a plus)
-Full-stack engineering experience
-Proven experience building and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Enterprise-level knowledge of application security and DevSecOps principles
-Experience with application monitoring, automation, and agent-based tooling
-Strong understanding of change management and driving adoption of new processes
