Job Description

In this role, the Project Manager will oversee multiple restoration and energy‑efficiency projects at varying stages, coordinating field crews and subcontractors to ensure work progresses on schedule and to quality standards. They will be responsible for ordering materials, confirming availability, and preventing delays through proactive planning. The PM will document each project thoroughly by capturing photos, measurements, and notes, and submitting required documentation on time. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions or issues promptly and professionally while keeping projects moving forward. The role requires regular local travel across Southern Pennsylvania and Maryland, strong daily organization, and consistent follow‑through to avoid inefficiencies and cost overruns.

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
Strong organizational skills with proven follow‑through, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to problem‑solve independently and resolve issues quickly with customers, crews, or subcontractors
Comfort with documentation, including photos, measurements, notes, and timely submission
Basic technical proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, PSA systems, and Xactimate
Willingness to travel locally across Southern PA and MD, with occasional overnight stays (company covered)
Ability to pass a background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in construction, restoration, remodeling, or energy‑efficiency projects
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews across residential or multi‑unit projects
Familiarity with insurance‑driven restoration work (fire, water, mold)
Exposure to multi‑unit or large‑scale residential projects (50+ units)
Candidates from adjacent industries (property management, facilities, field operations) with strong transferable traits
