Job Description
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for consulting with customers and operations to understand the needs and form a warehouse solution that can be marketed, sold, and implemented. You will support the end-to-end solution lifecycle - from discovery through design, validation, and handoff to implementation. This role will focus on engineering, operational workflows, systems integration, and WMS capabilities to ensure solutions are feasible, sellable, and implementable. You will represent the voice of the customer in solution discussions while balancing operational and technical constraints.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, supply chain engineering, or systems design
- Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations
- Experience designing end‑to‑end solutions including operations flows, systems, integrations, and implementation considerations
- Familiarity with common WMS integrations between ERP and WMS platforms
- Experience working directly with internal teams and external customers
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear, structured solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting pricing, scope definition, and solution trade‑offs
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
- Experience engineering operational flows and system capabilities within a warehouse
