Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager – Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) for a top enterprise client. This candidate will sit on the Asset Lifecycle Management team and own execution once deals are sold, ensuring software and service implementations are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to contractual commitments. This role serves as the primary execution point of contact for enterprise customers and coordinates closely with sales, engineering, delivery, and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a disciplined executor with strong enterprise systems awareness, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage complex, software-enabled service deployments end to end.
Day-to-Day:
Own execution of sold IAM deals from post-sale through implementation
Manage software and service deployments for enterprise IAM customers
Serve as the primary execution point of contact once deals are sold
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to contractual commitments
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Execute projects strictly in alignment with approved SOWs, KPIs, and SLAs
Coordinate across customer stakeholders, internal delivery teams, sales, and engineering
Provide consistent status updates and proactively manage risks
Track action items and hold internal and external teams accountable
Remove delivery roadblocks while maintaining customer confidence
Manage projects in Monday.com with accurate documentation and reporting
Ensure smooth transitions from presales to POC, POC to deployment, and implementation to Customer Success
Partner with Customer Success to support adoption and long-term outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
PMP certification (required)
Real, hands-on project management experience with true ownership of projects
Ability to run meetings, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders
Software deployment experience, including SaaS or platform-enabled implementations
Experience with system rollouts and integrations
Experience supporting large, complex enterprise customers
Strong systems awareness, including ERP systems, data flows, and integrations
Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise platforms
Proven customer-facing project management experience
Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Experience managing projects strictly aligned to SOWs, KPIs, and SLAs
Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Supply chain or distribution industry experience
Asset lifecycle management experience
Experience in service-based or managed service business models
Agile project management experience
Background in business process transformation
Familiarity with lifecycle-based service delivery models
Experience partnering closely with Customer Success teams
Industry experience in IT, Security, AV, Infrastructure, or IoT
