Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure / Cloud Architect to support a large‑scale modernization initiative within a regulated environment. This role is focused on architecting and guiding cloud transformation efforts rather than hands‑on application development. The ideal candidate brings strong experience transitioning traditional data center architectures to cloud‑based environments, with an emphasis on AWS, networking implications, and application readiness. This role is more strategic and structured in nature.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 to 15 + years total experience in infrastructure, data center, and enterprise IT environments
- 5 to 8+ years of hands‑on architectural experience with AWS cloud
- Architecture focused roles - strategy, design and guidance
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (on‑prem + cloud)
- Strong documentation and architectural diagramming skills
- Strong background working in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing)
- Prior experience providing architectural guidance rather than pure delivery or operations
- Ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Hybrid role with onsite presence in King of Prussia, PA - expected onsite occasionally for white boarding sessions
