Job Description

We are looking for an IT Service Coordinator. They will be responsible for coordinateing IT asset and service operations across the full hardware/software lifecycle, including request intake/triage, purchasing and vendor coordination, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of equipment/loaners. Ensures accurate tracking and documentation, supports support-desk logistics, and helps optimize cost, availability, and service timeliness.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma/GED and 1–3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, inventory coordination, or similar operations role (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• Experience coordinating purchasing workflows and communicating with vendors/suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, charts, vlook ups, Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset and clear written/verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle concepts (receiving, staging, deployment, refresh/EOL, and returns).
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and Excel); comfort learning ticketing/asset tracking systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or similar endpoint/device management credential).
• Experience running a loaner/quick-exchange program and front-desk logistics.
• Experience with enterprise asset management tools and inventory audits/reconciliations across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with basic process documentation and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with Visio or similar process
