A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Data Management Manager to lead analytics and data management efforts supporting Revenue Operations (ROPS). This role sits at the intersection of business partnership, data engineering, and people leadership, serving as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of analytics experience, with strong exposure to data management or data engineering concepts
2+ years of leadership experience as a manager or lead, including direct reports
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and data systems
Experience with Netezza and/or BigQuery (Google Cloud Platform) strongly preferred
Proficiency in SQL
Demonstrated success leading initiative- or project-based work
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with data migrations or modernizing data platforms
Background in data governance or enterprise data management
Healthcare industry experience (nice to have, not required)
