Job Description

We are seeking a Senior BI/Data Scientist to support reporting and data consumption needs for a large customer using Manhattan WMS. The focus is on structuring data for operational and regulatory reporting, not database administration. Day to day, this role works closely with functional and technical teams to understand warehouse workflows, model complex WMS data schemas, and build custom operational and regulatory reports consumed by the customer through tools like Power BI. They focus on data accuracy, traceability, and usability—not database administration—ensuring reporting scales as sites roll out using a phased, multi site deployment model in a highly regulated, no fail environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of data engineering or BI experience
• Experience working with complex enterprise data schemas
• Power BI experience required
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers

Responsibilities:
• Design and build data models to support healthcare reporting
• Structure data from WMS schemas for Power BI consumption
• Develop custom reports based on customer operational requirements
• Partner with functional teams to understand data needs
• Support data validation and accuracy for regulatory compliance
