Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Configuration Consultant is embedded within our 3PL customers WMS delivery team and owns end to end Manhattan WMS 2018 configuration for a no fail customer implementation. Day to day, this role leads functional design, configuration, and validation across inbound, outbound, inventory, and labeling workflows, partnering closely with QA, automation, and development teams through rapid build test deploy cycles. They guide junior configurators and testers, ensure healthcare and regulatory requirements are met, and support phased, leapfrog site deployments to ensure each site goes live stable, compliant, and production ready.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8+ years of WMS experience with heavy Manhattan WMS configuration work
• Deep understanding of WMS ecosystems and healthcare distribution
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on query writing
• Experience with label creation tools (MarkMagic)
• Previous experience leading configurations on large-scale implementations
Responsibilities:
• Lead WMS configuration activities for Manhattan WMS 2018

• Serve as the functional lead for build, test, and deploy phases
• Guide junior configurators and testers
• Partner with QA and development to ensure configuration supports automation and reporting
• Support healthcare-specific regulatory and labeling requirements
