Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Claims Manager to join their client's team. This role involves leading a team of Claims Supervisors and Claims Adjusters. It includes managing staffing, workflow, and claim practices, especially high-dollar settlements, and driving operational efficiency through process and system improvements.

Salary is up to 125K but is DOE

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent supervisory or management experience
• Previous Exposure to client facing presentations and competency with handling client relations
• 2-3 years of Worker's Compensation claims handling experience
