Job Description

The Lead Financial Analyst supports a Kenvue manufacturing site and serves as the primary finance partner to site and regional leadership. This role focuses on providing financial guidance to support short‑ and long‑term operational goals, overseeing monthly and quarterly close and reporting, and proactively identifying financial risks and mitigation plans. The LFA plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, inventory finance, and decision support for plant‑level and regional initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function
• Experience supporting or partnering with operational or manufacturing teams within Pharma or CPG
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to explain variances, trends, and risks
• Hands‑on experience supporting monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Ability to act as a finance business partner to leadership in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across cross‑functional teams
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Willingness and ability to work onsite to support collaboration and culture

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior finance experience in supply chain, or cost accounting environments
• Experience supporting inventory finance (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
• MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CMA)
• Exposure to regional or consumer‑sector finance strategy
• Experience leading through organizational change or talent development initiatives
