Job Description
The Engineering Solutions Lead – Maintenance & Asset Management will serve as the primary business owner for engineering and maintenance system capabilities across a global manufacturing network. This role leads the deployment, adoption, and optimization of maintenance and asset management solutions to improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and asset performance.
This individual partners closely with site engineering teams, reliability leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure engineering systems are aligned with real-world operational needs and deliver measurable value.
Day to Day:
• Lead the global rollout of engineering and maintenance management systems across manufacturing sites
• Drive business-side implementation of:
o Maintenance planning & work management
o Asset management & reliability programs
• Act as the business SME translating operational maintenance requirements into system capabilities
• Partner with engineering, operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful deployment
• Support rollout activities including:
o Business requirements definition
o Testing & site readiness
o Training and post-go-live hypercare
• Guide site teams through adoption of standardized maintenance and engineering processes
• Champion continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices
• Share lessons learned and best practices across deployment waves
• Contribute to the global engineering & maintenance capability roadmap

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or reliability within regulated manufacturing (Pharma, Biotech, or similar)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
o Preventive & corrective maintenance
o Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
o Predictive & condition-based maintenance
o Asset lifecycle management
o Maintenance planning & scheduling
• Proven experience supporting or leading multi-site CMMS / EAM deployments
• Functional expertise with SAP PM or comparable CMMS / EAM platforms
• Ability to act as the business lead and SME for maintenance & engineering processes
• Strong stakeholder communication across engineering, operations, IT, and vendors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Maximo, Infor EAM, or multiple asset management platforms
• Exposure to digital maintenance, connected assets, or advanced reliability programs
• Global manufacturing network experience
• Strong change management and adoption leadership experience
