Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior BAS/BMS Controls Programmer with strong Tridium Niagara and Distech Controls experience to program, commission, and optimize building automation systems onsite and remotely. You’ll develop control logic, graphics, and integrations (BACnet, Modbus, etc.), perform startups, troubleshooting, and field commissioning, and support service teams and clients. The role requires reading wiring/sequence documentation, maintaining project backups and reports, and collaborating with engineers to improve system efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years BAS/BMS programming & commissioning experience (or as specified)
• Proven experience with Tridium Niagara (Niagara station development)
• Experience with Distech Controls (controller/station configuration)
• Strong HVAC control theory and ability to interpret sequences of operation
• Experience with BACnet and Modbus device integration
• Field commissioning/startup experience (on-site troubleshooting)
• Remote access and network troubleshooting proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally / occasionally overnight

Preferred: Niagara N4 and manufacturer certifications.
