This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can champion HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain compliance while delivering
exceptional service to employees and management. This is an in-office role requiring daily presence.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support your Division, including delivering accurate information on HR programs and policies to employees and ensuring smooth
operations across all HR functions.
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts for skilled trade positions, leveraging job boards such as Indeed and other platforms, as well as trade school outreach and job fair participation. Utilize ADP Recruiting to streamline candidate management and ensure an efficient hiring
workflow. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks and drug screenings, while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Assist Management with corrective actions, personnel notices, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance documentation.
• Provide support on HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Warm handoff to other HR departments as necessary
• Inform appropriate HR staff of any matters that require intervention or action.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in recruitment.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Recruiting.
• Source and recruit skilled talent for construction trades by leveraging Indeed and other specialized job boards, while actively engaging in trade school outreach and participating in job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize with precision; an articulate communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, along with considerable knowledge of office administration principles.
• Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and other labor/employment laws.
