Our large pharmaceutical client in Malvern, PA is seeking 3 Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team within the Clinical Supply Chain organization. This candidate will be responsible for supporting a GMP-compliant warehouse operations and domestic/international shipping. This role is split 50/50 between warehousing tasks and logistics coordination, including handling temperature controlled materials and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Shipping (50%)
• Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with GMP and clinical supply chain requirements.
• Set up temperature controlled shipments, including cold trucks and specialized packaging for temperature sensitive materials.
• Work with carriers such as FedEx and Quickset to schedule, track, and manage shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including required trade compliance and GMP documentation.
• Partner with internal customers and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
Warehousing (50%)
• Unload trucks, receive materials, and verify shipments upon arrival and store in proper storage temperatures
• Label, receive, and transact materials in SAP or a similar system.
• Perform picking and pulling of materials to support clinical and operational needs.
• Pack materials for outbound shipments according to SOPs and temperature requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support overall warehouse organization and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory by conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling as appropriate
• Proactively maintain a clean and organized work environment, promptly addressing safety hazards and promoting operational safety.
• Uphold safety regulations in the distribution environment by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe handling procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
Independently execute distribution processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current training curriculum, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards
Hands-on experience with logistics and shipping, including domestic, international, and temperature controlled shipments (preferably in a pharmaceutical, GMP environment)
Labeling, receiving, picking, and pulling materials, unloading trucks, verifying shipments, working with temperature sensitive products, documentation, working with couriers, etc.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation and regulated processes.
Ability to perform warehouse duties onsite, and life up to 75 lbs with lift-assist devices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a GMP environment.
Proficiency with SAP or similar platforms.
