Job Description

The Onboard Connectivity Specialist is responsible for assisting in execution of the Connected Device strategy. This position will be expected to support the daily operations of the department.

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with IOT devices preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with field systems and processes related to PartsNet, ServiceNet, Rental, Fuel, etc.
- 2+ years of transportation industry experience preferred
- Ability to foster strong relationships, especially with customers
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle multiple projects
- Proficiency with MS applications including Word, Excel, Outlook is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
