Job Description

This position is for our large Cloud software client who delivers secure cloud based software to their customers.

On a daily basis:
- Create build sheets from PCE (Private Cloud Edition) and SHC (SAP Help Center) software specifications in accordance with SAP NS2 build sheet standards, leveraging the custom PQA Automation tool.
- Develop deep expertise in SAP NS2 build sheet specifications and SAP software entitlements that enable Cloud ERP automated provisioning at NS2.
- Facilitate review meetings with SAP NS2
- Operations and CDE leaders to validate draft build sheets prior to provisioning requests.
- Coordinate with the Operations Build Team as needed to ensure build sheets are reviewed, accepted, and compliant with established standards.
- Partner closely with SAP NS2 Operations leadership to identify gaps and drive enhancements to the NS2 build sheet specification.
- Utilize, enhance, and refine build sheet SOPs in collaboration with other SAP NS2 teams.
- Own and continuously improve the build sheet validation process and checklist, with a goal of achieving zero provisioning errors.
- Maintain and manage the build sheet log to support KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain a centralized SharePoint knowledge repository containing all build sheet processes, artifacts, and performance metrics.
- Deliver monthly reporting to CDE leadership on build sheet performance, issues, and improvement activities.
- Collaborate with SAP ECS to understand S/4HANA PCE SKUs and the associated infrastructure entitlements.
- Support the SAP NS2 initiative to leverage SAP ECS’s Pre‑Deal Qualification Assessment (PQA) to capture landscape data and generate inputs for build sheet creation.
- Work with NS2 Solution and Asset Management teams to resolve SKU specification discrepancies and address NS2 availability issues as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-4 years working in a reporting analyst role
- Proven experience in a prior role managing technical information and details where accuracy was paramount, in a reporting tool or Excel
-Experience with a cloud software tool and working with customers information
-Experience with any SAP products or software (S/4 HANA or SAP ECS)
-Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
