Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a resource to support testing of oligonucleotide drug substances and products by developing and running analytical methods. The primary focus is on HPLC/UHPLC and mass spectrometry to confirm identity, measure purity and impurities, support stability studies, and ensure accurate results.
The scientist will write and maintain methods and reports, ensure data quality and compliance in regulated (GxP) environments, lead routine testing and investigations, and help mentor junior team members.
This role will be one of the first high level technical experts to grow and drive the technical knowledge of the Biopharma division.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10+ years of hands‑on lab experience
- Strong background in oligonucleotide analytical testing/method development (design, develop, optimize, execute, troubleshoot)
- Hands‑on expertise with HPLC/UHPLC and Mass Spectrometry (LC‑MS, LC‑MS/MS)
- Deep understanding of molecular behavior and analytical testing strategies
- Experience working in GxP‑regulated environments
- Comfortable in a client‑facing role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior scientists/analysts
- Experience with peptides
