Job Description

This role focuses on safely pulling cable in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards while working as part of a team. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn. Prior experience is helpful but not required for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in developing technical skills.

Required Skills & Experience

Some experience pulling cat5 or cat6 cables
Willingness to grow in a career
Ability to lift 20+ lbs at a time
Perform basic physical labor including lifting 20+ lbs at a time
Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate effectively with team members while on active job sites
Learn and follow proper cable handling techniques to avoid damage and ensure quality installations
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and a team‑first attitude
Participate in on‑the‑job training and actively work to improve technical and safety knowledge
