Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Epic Super User Coordinator for a large-scale Epic implementation supporting multiple hospital and ambulatory sites. This coordinator will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling Super User and ATE coordination leading up to and through go-live. This individual will be responsible for all Super User recruitment and coordination for an Epic go-live project supporting five hospital sites in the Philadelphia and greater Philadelphia region. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, confident, and have direct prior experience coordinating Super Users on large Epic implementations. The coordinator will own Super User and ATE scheduling, tracking, and communication across multiple sites, while actively mitigating fluctuating Super User volumes and inconsistent processes. This role requires someone who can think beyond strict Epic processes, quickly identify gaps, and proactively solve problems in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects involving 1,000+ Super Users and will be comfortable communicating with and presenting to hospital executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Recruiting and scheduling all Super Users across supported sites
• Collaborating closely with training teams and ATE coordinators; supporting additional ATE coordination needs as the project progresses
• Presenting project updates, risks, and plans to hospital executives
• Traveling to the Philadelphia area at least twice, including one extended onsite engagement (approximately two weeks) during the fall go-live period

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience managing super user recruitment and coordination for a large EPIC go-live project
• Ability to manage over 1,400 super users scheduling coordination
• Strong executive presentation skills and executive communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and follow critical project timelines
