Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Project Manager/Delivery Manager to support a large manufacturing client of ours.

Responsibilities:
• Drive Agile delivery of the Spin Co EDI carve out, enabling incremental, value based migration to a new IBM Sterling B2B Integrator instance, while ensuring secure separation from Parent Co and Day 1 business continuity.
• Establish the Agile delivery framework (Scrum / hybrid Agile) for EDI migration squads.
• Define program increments, sprint cadence, release milestones, and Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain lightweight governance aligned to Agile principles while managing regulatory and cutover constraints.
• Ensure visibility through Agile dashboards, burn down/burn up charts, and dependency boards.
• Enable incremental delivery of the new Sterling Integrator instance across environments (UAT → PROD).
• Plan migration in waves or releases (by partner, transaction type, or business domain).
• Coordinate execution across EDI, SI, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Infra, Network, and Security teams.
• Ensure continuous integration and early validation of migrated components.
• Proactively identify and remove Agile impediments (firewall lead times, partner testing delays, cert rotations, ERP changes).
• Maintain a visible RAID log aligned to sprint and release planning.
• Manage cross team dependencies using Scrum of Scrums / Release Syncs.
• Agile Testing & Quality Enablement
• Release, Cutover & Go Live (Agile Aligned)
• Provide transparent, cadence based updates to Spin Co leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate Agile progress into business level outcomes (partners migrated, volumes live).
• Coordinate closely with external trading partners and VANs using clear Agile timelines.
• Ensure smooth handoff to operations with runbooks, monitoring, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.
• Capture retrospective actions and continuous improvement items.
• Support stabilization and velocity normalization post Go Live.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering Agile EDI / B2B integration programs.
• Working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, EDI standards, and B2B protocols.
• Proven ability to manage cross functional Agile teams and external partners.
• Expertise with Jira / Azure DevOps, Agile metrics, and release planning.
• Strong facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
