Job Description
The UX Designer will deliver end to end UX design solutions across multiple B2B digital products, owning user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and scalability. Day to day work includes collaborating with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and a senior designer to translate roadmap priorities and stakeholder requirements into clear, intuitive designs. The designer will work independently and at pace, producing wireframes, high fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma. They will contribute to and extend shared design systems, ensuring alignment with established UI patterns and accessibility standards. Responsibilities also include participating in workshops, incorporating research insights and feedback into iterative design refinements, and supporting both small tactical enhancements and larger feature initiatives. Monthly onsite workshops will provide opportunities for deeper collaboration, alignment, and hands on problem solving across cross functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–4+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong end to end UX design experience, including user flows, information architecture, consistency, scalability, and B2B products
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, supporting multiple products
• Comfortable working quickly and independently, while partnering with a senior designer
• A portfolio demonstrating system level thinking, end to end ownership, and strong visual design skills
• Experience collaborating with UX researchers, contributing to roadmaps, refinements, and both tactical improvements and large feature initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Accessibility experience (e.g., color contrast, inclusive design considerations)
• Experience using AI enabled design tools (e.g., Figma Make)
• UX research experience
