Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a growing, technology-enabled professional services organization. This role blends client-facing support with data-driven analysis, helping both internal teams and clients understand key trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate data into clear reports and presentations. This position operates in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Collect, clean, and analyze client and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Create client-ready presentations that clearly communicate insights, findings, and recommendations
Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, and Data teams) to ensure data accuracy and alignment on deliverables
Serve as a first point of contact for client support inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-oriented communication
Support senior operations leadership with strategic initiatives, reporting, and performance tracking
Document and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1–2 years of professional experience preferred; relevant internships or academic experience in analytics or client support are also considered
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization) and PowerPoint (professional presentation design)
Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to clients and senior stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience

Background in professional services, consulting, legal services, or a similar client-driven environment
Basic understanding of financial or operational metrics (e.g., billing, efficiency, performance tracking)
Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms)
