Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a contract Material Handler to support one of our manufacturing clients in Findlay Township, PA for a 12‑month assignment. This role is responsible for transporting, staging, kitting, and managing materials to support production and shipping operations, including loading and unloading shipments, operating forklifts and reach stackers, inspecting materials for accuracy and damage, and maintaining precise inventory and shipment records within an ERP system. The Material Handler will prepare and package shipments, assemble containers, coordinate with logistics and production teams, ensure compliance with safety and equipment regulations, and support inventory counts and reconciliation. The ideal candidate has prior material handling or logistics experience, strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior production and inventory control experience helpful
• Forklift certification
• Reach Stacker or Crane certification
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience operating reach stackers and forklifts; valid certifications required.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and warehouse operations.
• Attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work in warehouse environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Must be familiar with ERP systems. SAP knowledge a plus.
• Calculate surface, volumes, weights and dimensions of packaged equipment or components.
• Ability to learn and follow defined departmental policies, procedures and practices.
• Must be able to make decision with regards to completion of tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcome.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to interact and communicate with internal customers. Internal customers may include production, engineers, and management personnel.
