Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an exceptional Senior IT Program Manager to play a pivotal role in a complex and high-visibility transformation for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. This role sits at the center of large-scale acquisitions and divestitures (A&D) work, with a strong emphasis on R&D and regulated environments.
This is not a coordination role. This is a decision-making, outcomes-driven leadership position for someone who can operate at scale, influence senior stakeholders, and drive clarity across highly complex, multi-workstream programs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) programs
- Strong background in R&D environments
- Experience working with complex enterprise systems (PLM, RIM, CAD, clinical, or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated success managing large, highly complex, multi-workstream programs
- Experience operating in regulated environments
- Background may include Program Manager, Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or similar—but must demonstrate senior-level judgment and leadership
