Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior JD Edwards Business Analyst to support and enhance its Tier II JD Edwards ERP ecosystem for Latin America. This position plays a critical role in integrating JDE across multiple global initiatives while ensuring business processes, technical requirements, and regional compliance standards are aligned.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment that supports 12 countries, 370+ users, and USD $275M in annual sales—partnering closely with local teams, global stakeholders, and third party service providers. The client is undergoing multiple strategic initiatives that require deep JDE knowledge, strong process alignment, and reliable integration execution. As new systems, technologies, and control layers are added, your expertise will help ensure the ERP environment scales effectively and supports the business.
You’ll have a direct impact on regional operations, compliance (including local tax requirements), supply chain processes, and business-critical integrations like e- invoicing, WMS, and demand planning.
• Lead moderately complex JDE-related projects, integrations, and enhancements.
• Translate business processes into clear functional and technical requirements for global and technical teams.
• Work with third party support teams in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.
• Assess process impacts, system logic, and access requirements for new global initiatives.
• Ensure documentation, testing, and validation standards are met.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Degree + 5–8 years' JDE Tier II support experience or 9–12 years of equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong BA skillset (requirements gathering, documentation, testing management)
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, written & verbal
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across global teams
• Experience supporting JDE Sales & Distribution modules (preferred)
• Understanding of Brazil tax requirements (preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Spanish proficiency
• Experience with Latin American JDE localizations (VAT, e-invoicing, etc.)
