A leading Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Technology Mobilization Project Manager to support high‑profile, new business mobilizations across healthcare and enterprise client environments. This person must be local to Local to Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Central/North Jersey, as there may be occasional need to travel to client sites. This role will play a critical part in planning and executing complex, multi‑phase technology mobilizations as new accounts are onboarded, expanded, or transitioned.
The Technology Mobilization Project Manager will serve as the primary technology delivery lead, owning the mobilization lifecycle from early planning and scope development through execution, go‑live, and post‑deployment stabilization. This individual will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, partner closely with cross‑functional teams and vendors, and act as a client‑facing representative for technology delivery.
This role requires a self‑sufficient, highly professional project manager who is comfortable defining project phases, assessing and mitigating risk, managing scope changes, and communicating clearly with senior leadership and external clients. The ideal candidate brings experience across retail technology, healthcare technology, and infrastructure, and thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading technology mobilizations or deployments for new business or high‑profile client engagements
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams and phases
• Experience supporting retail/ healthcare technology solutions including:
○ Retail technology and POS
○ Infrastructure and network connectivity (LAN/WAN)
○ Healthcare technologies such as patient feeding and facilities/EVS systems
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities (RAID ownership and escalation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client‑facing and leadership calls
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams and vendors
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technology mobilizations from planning through deployment and stabilization
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate and oversee multiple technology workstreams simultaneously
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business and client expectations
• Act as the central point of contact for technology delivery
• Provide consistent status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support post‑go‑live transition and knowledge transfer
