Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Vendor Management Analyst for our financial services client based in Pittsburgh, PA. This person will be joining the Vendor Management team in the Centralized Operational Resources department (COR) and will primarily supporting the entire procurement life cycle and helping to create a more enhance processed. You will be working with the Vendor Management Manager to support the procurement process of critical products or services and managing vendor performance. You’ll be collaborating with different departments related to vendor selection, onboarding, management, data collections, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or IT
• 3+ years of experience in Technology vendor management / procurement
o Experience working with vendor onboarding
o Contracts – various types including MSAs, SOWs, License Agreements (service oriented / indirect is preferred), invoicing
o Liaison for negotiations between the vendor and business unit
o Running point on gathering information from vendors and business stakeholders to fact find for things like audits, moving forward to next steps, policy compliance, etc.
o Must be willing to drive and participate in calls internally and occasionally externally
o Creating and managing PO’s
o Good communication skills
o Skilled at building slide decks and presentations as communication tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with ProcessUnity (any Vendor Management or Procurement Lifecycle tool is beneficial)
o Vendor Risk Management Tool
• Experience in banking or the financial services industry
• ERP Experience (JD Edwards)
