Job Description

We are seeking 8 Senior Systems Design Engineers to drive New Product Development for a large medical device manufacturing company in Pittsburgh, PA. This role has an emphasis on the front end of New Product Development, including focuses on requirement gathering, risk profiling, completing design history files, and technical reviews. The idea candidate will have proven experience with medical device standards, failure analyses, and enterprise-wide cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
- 5+ years experience in Systems Engineering on an electromechanical medical device with a software in hardware component
- Deep knowledge of medical device standards (IEC 60601, ISO 80601-2-70, ISO 80601-2-72)
Expertise in leading FMEA and New Product Development Lifecycle
