Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Analytics Lead with 7+ years of total experience in analytics and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, Power BI, and the Power Platform, along with a proven track record of leading data analyst teams for more than 2 years. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can collaborate cross-functionally, elevate analytics maturity, and deliver measurable improvements in supply chain performance

Data Analysis and Insights: Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across inventory, procurement, logistics, operations, and demand planning.

Use advanced SQL to query, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets.

Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical models, and Power Apps to deliver real-time insights to business stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build scalable reporting frameworks.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all analytics outputs. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of supply chain analysts, fostering strong analytical and technical capabilities.

Promote best practices in data modeling, visualization, and analytical problem-solving.

Encourage innovation by exploring new tools, automation opportunities, and advanced analytics techniques.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Present analytical findings to executive stakeholders and support decision-making for supply chain initiatives.

Collaborate closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and analytics readiness

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role, with a strong record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

2+ years of experience leading data analysts or analytics teams, with demonstrated capability in mentoring and developing talent.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory, procurement, logistics, operations, and demand planning.

Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query development, performance optimization, and working with large-scale relational or cloud-based datasets.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and enterprise dashboard development.

Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas or model-driven app exposure required), Power Automate for workflow automation, and Copilot Studio for building conversational AI and automation experiences.

Experience working with Data Lakes and modern cloud data architectures.

Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and collaborate with automation teams.

Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-based automation, with the ability to integrate insights into supply chain decision-making.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and scalable reporting frameworks.
