Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is seeing a Systems Analyst to join their team. The Systems Analyst will join the Strategy, Planning & Operations team and serve as a critical partner across business, IT, and research stakeholders. This role focuses on translating complex ideas and chronic business problems into actionable, well-defined system and process solutions. The Systems Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams from project inception through long-term support, becoming a subject matter expert in assigned systems and domains.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst (or equivalent), supporting complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements across business, IT, and technical teams
• Hands-on experience planning and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments (e.g., two-week sprints)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting custom, in-house systems (not off-the-shelf)
• Process mapping and business process redesign experience
• Exposure to healthcare-adjacent or education-focused environments
