Job Description
A healthcare client in Philadelphia is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst.
They will be providing primarily L2 deskside support to internal employees. They will be working on hardware and software issues, break/fix, imaging PCs and software deployments. They will also be responsible for repairing HP printers (Tear downs, replace fusers, maintenance kits).
There will be a second shift rotation every 6 months for 1 month (1:30-9:00PM from M-F)

Required Skills & Experience
Non-Tobacco User (includes Vaping)
5+ years Desktop Support
Experience with hardware and software for Lenovo PC/Laptop
Strong HP Printers break fix experience (Maintenance Kits, rollers, fuses)
Windows 11 and Office 365
Strong tier II troubleshooting experience
Good Communication - verbal and written
*Must have interest in Clinical Engineering or experience with troubleshooting medical equipment with technology or network connectivity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
