Job Description

Our client is a leading Virtual CFO firm, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its growth-focused team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about building strong employee experiences and eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, client-centric environment. The position offers flexibility, with remote or hybrid options available in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Key Responsibilities

· Advise managers and employees on performance matters, company policies, and conflict resolution strategies.

· Lead fair and timely employee relations investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws.

· Collaborate in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting structured interviews.

· Manage the onboarding process and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins to enhance employee retention and engagement.

· Support HR projects such as optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), contributing to HR analytics, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations.
- Hands-on expertise in recruiting, onboarding, behavioral coaching, and overall training.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- AS or BS degree (preferably in a relevant field)
-Willing to come in person to their office in Media, PA at least quarterly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Any credentials in people relations
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
