Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role leads cross functional software and non-software initiatives, serving as the central coordinator across Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, IT, and business stakeholders. The Project Manager drives directional alignment, manages project plans, and supports change management across long term initiatives and shorter-term operational efforts, without owning technical delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading cross functional initiatives across software and non-software efforts, with ownership of planning, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes rather than day to day technical execution
• Proven ability to partner closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders across all levels of an organization to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and success criteria
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience operating effectively alongside Agile teams without owning technical delivery or managing a scrum team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across varying timelines, complexity, and levels of ambiguity, from largescale in-house business process and system development to configuration of vendor-driven platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using monday.com or similar project management tools
• PMP certification
