Job Description
The Project Manager will lead multiple software-driven initiatives from inception through delivery, partnering closely with internal technical and business teams. They will build and own project plans, manage schedules and dependencies, and drive execution through strong relationship management, proactive risk identification, and clear communication backed by measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience leading software development projects with internal engineering teams (not vendor-led implementations).
- End-to-end ownership across the full SDLC, including early discovery and project lead-up.
- Proven ability to set and own project schedules, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional and relationship‑building skills with busy, constrained stakeholders.
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency, initiative, and ability to operate in ambiguity with measurable results.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- PMP or other formal project management certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise or transformation initiatives from inception.
