Our client is seeking a Senior POS Integration Analyst to lead the onboarding and integration of kiosks, mobile ordering platforms, and third‑party ordering vendors into our clients
Oracle Micros Simphony–based POS ecosystem.
This role acts as the technical lead and translator between vendors, internal stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring integrations conform to our clients architecture, data standards, and transaction services APIs.
What You’ll Do
• Lead POS, kiosk, and mobile ordering integrations from onboarding through go‑live
• Act as the technical point of contact for third‑party vendors during integrations
• Define and document API requirements; validate payloads and data mappings
• Manually test integrations using API tools (e.g., Postman)
• Ensure menu, item, pricing, and transaction data flow accurately across systems
• Troubleshoot issues before and after launch to support stable production operations
Partner with IT, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable, repeatable solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in POS integrations (ideally experience integrating food & beverage POS systems, kiosks, or mobile ordering platforms)
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, including transaction‑based APIs that handle live orders, items/modifiers, payments/tenders, and taxes
• Proven success working directly with third‑party vendors to define API requirements, align data models, and drive conformance to standards
• Experience testing and validating transaction payloads (JSON) using tools like Postman—sending test orders, reviewing responses, and troubleshooting failures
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
