Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their new Salesforce team! The employee in this role directs the development, coordination, and implementation of Salesforce architecture frameworks, policies, and standards. This includes managing system integrations, establishing standards for how the organization customizes Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs, and ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategic direction. Work involves leading efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement Salesforce technologies and operational models to advance IT capabilities; establishing best practices for Salesforce usage across teams; and developing training programs for staff to maximize the value of Salesforce investments. This role may include supervision over a team of Salesforce architects, administrators, and developers.
Compensation:
$100/hr to $110/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience within Salesforce aligning Salesforce solutions to organizational goals (major plus if this resource has experience implementing Salesforce into a new environment)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including its capabilities, limitations, and customization options
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and their application to Salesforce environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model design, security features, and integration techniques
- Public sector cloud experience
- Experience with contract and vendor management
- Bachelors degree in IT or another related field
