Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to assist the Foreman in the installation and programming of fire alarm systems, security systems, and CCTV systems across retail environments such as Walmart and Target. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while supporting the Foreman and project team to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Foreman with installation and programming of fire alarm, speaker, and CCTV systems.
• Follow blueprints and instructions provided by the Foreman to complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily work; verify materials against plans.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues under Foreman guidance.
• Maintain organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Travel across the Northeast region for project assignments.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
• Travel: Must be willing to travel throughout the Southern region of the Florida.
• Experience: 1–3 years in alarm/security system installation or related technical role.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 is a plus).
• Technical Skills:
○ Basic installation and programming of fire alarm systems, security systems, and CCTV systems.
○ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Other Skills:
○ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
○ Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Foreman.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other: Must pass background and drug checks; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
